Mr. Rundall currently serves as 9-12 principal for the South Hardin school system.  Mr. Rundall is in his 16th year as an educator in the state of Iowa and his 9th at South Hardin High School.  He has been privileged to work with students and teachers in a variety of 6-12 settings.  He has worked as a secondary administrator, secondary social studies instructor, technology coordinator, webmaster, and coach.  

Mr. Rundall received his undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Iowa and his M.A. from Iowa State University.  His goal is to foster an environment to support teachers and staff in their pursuit to create a meaningful, engaging, growth-mindset oriented learning environment for all students.
