Update on Principal Searches for South Hardin Middle School & Hubbard-Radcliffe Elementary

 

March 14, 2025 – The search for new leadership at South Hardin Middle School and Hubbard-Radcliffe Elementary School is progressing well, with a strong pool of applicants for both positions.  Grundmeyer Leader Search is supporting the Hubbard-Radcliffe Community School District through the search process.

The South Hardin Middle School principal position attracted a highly competitive pool of 20 candidates. Following the selection process, three candidates have been invited for formal interviews on Thursday, March 27.

For the Hubbard-Radcliffe Elementary School principal position, the district received 13 applications from candidates with diverse skills and experiences. After careful review, three finalists have been selected for formal interviews, which are scheduled to take place on Friday, March 28.

The district is committed to selecting the best leaders for our schools and looks forward to sharing the names and credentials of the new principals during the week of March 31.
